We announced an array of exciting product innovations and capabilities that reflect the changes AI has brought to the data ecosystem, highlighting the importance of decision-making that is powered by data, shaped by AI, and driven by results.

1. We announced our new NLP Pipeline for unstructured data
Unstructured data is no longer “nice to have”—it’s a strategic asset for better risk management, customer experience, and competitive advantage. But processing it can be complex and costly.
Our new NLP Pipeline simplifies large-scale text analysis across multiple languages within the Quantexa Decision Intelligence platform. It unlocks deeper insights by integrating unstructured data from key sources like internal documents, intelligence reports, OSINT, and news content.
Best of all, our distillation and fine-tuning deliver the power and speed of hyperscale LLMs at the cost of small local models.
2. We showcased our new workflow and case management capabilities
Your decisioning processes need to be consistent, traceable, collaborative, and adaptable to meet demands across multiple use cases, particularly in highly regulated environments.
As part of our ongoing innovation, we will be delivering Workflow and Case management capabilities via our platform and Cloud solutions. This is an end-to-end workflow builder that enhances collaboration, streamlines processes, and enhances traceability and explainability of decisions.
These new workflow capabilities will enable you to build and design flexible alerting and reporting processes to handle things such as escalation decisions, SAR filing, claim processing, and more…all within the Platform.
3. We shared how we are revolutionizing data management
Organizations are moving beyond data management to democratizing data to make it accessible to everyone who needs it across an organization, fostering a culture of data-driven insights. To achieve this, you require a Contextual Fabric that is trusted, current, and accessible by all those who need it in your organization.
We are evolving our Data Management suite to help data teams assess source data quality with AI-powered evaluation and automated root cause analysis. Our Modern Data Management solution enables proactive master data management with intuitive workflows for monitoring, improving, and maintaining data quality while syncing updates to source systems.

4. We evolved our generative AI offering, Q Assist
Q Assist, Quantexa’s generative AI copilot, has evolved from pilot to production and is now available for use. This powerful new capability helps organizations augment trusted decision-making across teams of front-line and information workers by democratizing access to trusted data in the contextual fabric, using a natural language interface and tapping into the power of any open or commercially licensed Gen AI model.
Our CTO, Jamie Hutton, demoed Q Assist at QuanCon, highlighting its Agentic Architecture for Contextual RAG, which grounds AI responses in real-world data for deeper insights. The demo highlighted its LLM & Co-Pilot agnostic design, offering flexibility and scalability alongside trust and transparency. We are incredibly pleased that Q Assist is now fully integrated into Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence Platform, where it delivers real-time, context-rich insights across banking, insurance, and the public sector.
5. We unveiled our vision of our cloud suite
We were incredibly excited to be delivering Quantexa Cloud, a comprehensive suite of native SaaS industry solutions delivered on Microsoft Azure. By combining the scalability, security, and flexibility of Azure with Quantexa’s flagship solutions, Q Cloud will empower enterprises to unlock the full potential of their data while accelerating time-to-value.
6. We debuted our first end-to-end, cloud-based AML solution
We were also thrilled that QuanCon marked the debut of Quantexa Cloud AML, a transformational end-to-end AML solution built with and for mid-size banks in the US.
Quantexa Cloud AML is poised to unlock new opportunities for innovation, empowering small and mid-size financial institutions to proactively tackle financial crime with precision and confidence. 7. We put the spotlight on our evolving partnership
Vishal and Microsoft’s Clare Barclay discussed the continuously evolving partnership between Microsoft and Quantexa, leveraging Microsoft’s unparalleled partner ecosystem and its role in driving technological innovation. Barclay stressed the importance of collaborations like that of Microsoft and Quantexa in delivering customer value through shared advancements, such as Quantexa Unify for Microsoft Fabric.
8. We announced RSA as our latest customer
Vishal and Clare also shared an exciting new customer win, RSA—one of the world’s longest-serving general insurance companies. Under Adele Sumner’s leadership, RSA is harnessing the combined innovations of Quantexa and Microsoft to combat fraud and financial crime across their commercial business, ensuring stronger protection for their customers and efficiencies for RSA in the process.
9. We officially launched Q Labs
We’re thrilled to announce the initiation of Q Labs, Quantexa’s new innovation hub, with the mission to push the boundaries of data, analytics, and AI to progress what’s possible with Decision Intelligence—and foster community collaboration in the process.
